• Invite a school to monthly meeting
• Communicate to school name, principal and/or any attending representatives for luncheon
• Provide information for newsletter
• Look for ways to acknowledge various schools and/or students for outstanding achievement.

• Serve as liaison between WCBA and legislative bodies
• Keep board updated on current events within Cobb County of interest to WCBA
• Introduce (or let appropriate person know) of politicians or special guest attending luncheons
• Provide information for newsletter

• Welcome members and guests to monthly meetings.
• Introduce new members for their "commercial" at luncheon.
• Introduce special guests at luncheon.
• Give away door prizes at luncheon.
• Maintain name tags for WCBA Board.
• Act as greeter at other WCBA functions.
• Provide information monthly for newsletter.

Marketing/Public Relations -

• Assist with promotion of all WCBA activities.

• Assist with sign-in at monthly luncheons.
• Coordinate membership campaign.
• Provide information for newsletter.

• Provide potential speaker bio's for Board approval.
• Schedule speaker for monthly luncheon.
• Coordinate lunch sponsors.
• Introduce speaker at luncheon.
• Send handwritten thank you letter to speaker after luncheon.

Special Events -

• Coordinate and promote additional networking meetings.
